Lawrence, an experienced architect with over 35 years in the industry, has a diverse background that ranges from drafting to managing complex projects. He is known for prioritizing clients' financial interests, offering reliable preliminary budgets and ensuring construction integrity. Lawrence's expertise in both business and technical aspects allows him to analyze project feasibility and implement value engineering approaches. As a Director at MMC, he maintains a balance between client goals and design vision while leveraging his extensive knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, administration, and claims resolution.
Emilio DeLeon
ARCHITECT, OAA, MAA, CPHD, LEED AP
PARTNER
With his extensive knowledge in building codes, building technology best practices, passive house and sustainability, Emilio has been instrumental in managing major development projects at MMC Architects. His role emphasizes on client and consultant coordination, direction of contract documentation and contract administration. Possessing versatile roles in project delivery, Emilio ensures that every aspect of the work is up to MMC’s high level of standards and with thorough execution.
Christopher Brown

URBAN AND RETAIL DESIGN
As MMC’s Managing Director for over 15 years, Christopher has led various projects from major regional shopping centres to urban mixed-use projects throughout Canada, United States and Asia. With his leading role and hands-on approach, he has garnered multiple international awards and recognitions for a number of major commissions. Christopher remains involved in the conceptual design phase of MMC’s work and continuously strives to create designs which both inspire the individual and sustain our society in the broadest sense.
Ben McNeely
ASSOCIATE
Ben is a valuable member of the MMC Architects team, with seven years of experience and a strong track record of going above and beyond expectations. His leadership skills and ability to manage teams and liaise with clients are assets that have helped build trust and support from clients.
As a specialist in tenant coordination, Ben is well-versed in all aspects of the process, from pre-leasing to construction. His expertise allows clients to simplify their interactions with retailers, while also maximizing the potential of their property. Ben's contributions have been essential in helping MMC Architects provide high-quality services to its clients.
