235 Princess Street is a mixed-use development in the heart of Kingston, Ontario. Our design approach was intended to integrate clean and modern industrial elements while simultaneously respecting Kingston’s downtown Archetype tapestry meshing masonry & metal historical context. From sleek facades to contemporary interior spaces, we aimed to create an environment that effortlessly bridges the gap between tradition and innovation and between residential and retailing. The ground floor is dedicated to vibrant retail opportunities, providing a dynamic hub for businesses to thrive. The upper levels house thoughtfully designed residential units, ensuring a harmonious coexistence of commercial and residential aspects within the building.
